What makes your spices different from grocery store brands?
We source our spices directly from smallholder farmers around the world. Unlike commodity spices that sit in warehouses for years, ours are harvested recently, dried quickly, and shipped to you at peak potency and flavor.
Are your products organic and non-GMO?
While not all our partner farmers have the budget for international certifications, they all practice traditional, sustainable, and chemical-free farming. Our spices are 100% natural, non-GMO, and free of anti-caking agents or fillers.
How long do the spices stay fresh?
Whole spices generally stay fresh for 2-3 years, while ground spices are best within 1-2 years. We recommend storing them in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve their essential oils.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders and free shipping on orders over $50. Most orders are processed within 2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
What is your return policy?
As spices are food products, we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken. However, if your order arrived damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
